Vancouver Tourist Attractions and Information

Harbour Cruises:

Harbour Cruises is one of Vanouver's favourite boat sightseeing option. They offer several tour options such as the original sunset dinner cruise, tours of Vancouver's inner harbour, and an Indian arm luncheon cruise.

The Vancouver harbour tour is a 1 1/4 hour scenic journey through Canada's "Gateway to the Pacific", the Burrard Inlet. Cruise past Stanley Park, Lions Gate Bridge, the busy cruise ship terminals, the spectacular city skyline, and the North Shore Mountains.

The Indian Arm is a 30-km body of water located east of the Vancouver harbour, surrounded by a magnificent coastal mountain fjord. Nestled within the Coast Mountain range, lush green forests cover the terrain that make up the shore line, protecting this inlet from the open ocean and keeping the water calm and blue. The cruise passes the Silver Falls, large waterfront homes and privately owned islands. Wildlife that has been spotted on the tour includes bears, harbour seals and eagles.

Rates and times of cruises are posted at their web site.
